ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT AND SCOPE
This Agreement governs the mutual rights and obligations of the parties concerning the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3: TRANSACTION DETAILS & SHIPPING
The type, weight, price, tax rates, and courier terms of products are listed in the cart summary during checkout. Shipping is flat 100 TRY for orders below 1000 TRY, and free for orders of 1000 TRY or more. Handoff to shipping carrier takes 1-2 business days.
ARTICLE 4: WITHDRAWAL & HYGIENE EXCLUSIONS
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery. Pursuant to Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15, product packaging opened post-delivery is exempt from return rights due to food hygiene and health protection regulations.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT SECURITY & JURISDICTION
Payments are processed securely via PayTR licensed payment infrastructure. In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Ankara, Turkey are authorized up to statutory monetary limits.
