1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws for distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your product without providing any reason.
2. Conditions for Returns
Due to health and hygiene standards applicable to dietary and caffeine supplements, returned items must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, with tamper-evident seals intact.
3. Refund Process
Once returned goods are received and verified by our inspection team, refunds will be issued to your original payment method via PayTR within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a package that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please document the package with photos and contact support@chronocaff.com within 48 hours for an immediate replacement or full refund.
