1. Data Controller
Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), your personal data is collected and processed by ChronoCaff as the Data Controller in accordance with the law and good faith.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data (Identity, Contact, Transaction Information) is processed for executing sales contracts, processing financial transactions via PayTR, issuing tax invoices, and delivering products.
3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be transferred to authorized public institutions, legal advisors, logistics carriers, and payment service providers (PayTR) solely for fulfilling legal and contractual obligations.
4. Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and object to processing by sending a signed request to kvkk@chronocaff.com.
