All dietary and energy supplement product sales are subject to applicable VAT under statutory regulations. All list prices are tax-inclusive. A shipping fee of 100 TRY applies to orders below 1000 TRY. Free shipping applies to orders of 1000 TRY or more.
3. WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS AND FOOD EXCEPTIONS
Due to hygiene guidelines and food safety regulations, the right of withdrawal is void once product packaging or safety seals have been opened. Sealed items in original unopened packaging remain eligible for withdrawal within 14 days.

Complaints can be routed directly to info@chronocoffeehouse.com. Disputes may be submitted to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts up to statutory monetary limits declared annually.
