1. Order Preparation & Shipping Timeline
Orders placed before 15:00 on business days are processed and handed over to courier carriers on the same day or within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on destination address.
2. Shipping Fee Structure
Free shipping automatically applies to all orders of 1,000 TRY or more. For orders below 1,000 TRY, a standard shipping and handling fee of 100 TRY is added at checkout.
3. Damaged Shipments
If your shipping container arrives visibly damaged, wet, or torn, please request a Damaged Parcel Report from the carrier agent and refuse delivery. Notify us at info@chronocoffeehouse.com for immediate re-shipment.
